The bed and pillows were just the right firmness, providing excellent support for a restful sleep. The bathtub was wide and long, allowing for a comfortable bath, while the shower head could extend for a refreshing shower. Guests are also allowed to order Deliveroo to their room, offering a wider variety of food choices. Moreover, the location is perfect, and the option of three separate beds is great for those sharing on a budget.

The hotel's location was excellent as it was just a stone's throw away from a tram stop and in the heart of the city, making it perfect for a one-night stay. The nearby nightclubs and theatre added to the convenience of the location. The room was extremely clean and well-presented, with top-notch bathroom facilities. The breakfast was a highlight of the stay, with plenty of choices, which was served by the helpful and friendly staff.

The hotel lacked on-site parking, which was a drawback for those travelling with cars.

I really enjoyed that there was breakfast included. The experience was comfortable and I would come here again.

The breakfast could have been more varied, as it was typical of the English breakfast selection. there was a noise overnight that may have been from another room's fan, which disturbed my sleep.

I had a fantastic stay here, arriving conveniently via public transport to visit the City Hospital. The location in the city centre was ideal and made it easy to get around. The breakfast was lovely and the room amenities, including ironing facilities and air conditioning, made for a comfortable stay. The staff were accommodating and allowed me to check in early and park late on the day of arrival.

It was a fairly nice experience overall. Everything was good, clean hotel, ideal location right on the city centre. Accommodating staff, gave a lot of information. In my standard double room I had a safe box, an iron and an electronic key card.
