Best Western Plus Nottingham City Centre Hotel

The bed and pillows were just the right firmness, providing excellent support for a restful sleep. The bathtub was wide and long, allowing for a comfortable bath, while the shower head could extend for a refreshing shower. Guests are also allowed to order Deliveroo to their room, offering a wider variety of food choices. Moreover, the location is perfect, and the option of three separate beds is great for those sharing on a budget.

The hotel's location was excellent as it was just a stone's throw away from a tram stop and in the heart of the city, making it perfect for a one-night stay. The nearby nightclubs and theatre added to the convenience of the location. The room was extremely clean and well-presented, with top-notch bathroom facilities. The breakfast was a highlight of the stay, with plenty of choices, which was served by the helpful and friendly staff.

The hotel lacked on-site parking, which was a drawback for those travelling with cars.

I really enjoyed that there was breakfast included. The experience was comfortable and I would come here again.

Great location, close to attractions and shops. Friendly and helpful staff, who provided discounted parking nearby. Room had many complimentary amenities such as a coffee machine and robes. Night team went above and beyond for assistance. Upgraded to a spacious suite without extra charge.

The heating in the room worked well and the location was great for our concert. We had trouble finding the hotel due to small signage, but overall I would recommend Best Western Plus for its spacious room and friendly staff.

Great room and location, very clean. the room was comfortable and well-presented, with everything I needed. the hotel's location was perfect, close to all the local attractions, bars, and shops. I especially liked that it was easy to find and accessible by public transportation.

The breakfast could have been more varied, as it was typical of the English breakfast selection. there was a noise overnight that may have been from another room's fan, which disturbed my sleep.

The staff members were decent and efficient. The room was stocked, the bed was very big and there was a gorgeous bathroom. I spent some time with warm drinks in the excellent downstairs bar.

I had a fantastic stay here, arriving conveniently via public transport to visit the City Hospital. The location in the city centre was ideal and made it easy to get around. The breakfast was lovely and the room amenities, including ironing facilities and air conditioning, made for a comfortable stay. The staff were accommodating and allowed me to check in early and park late on the day of arrival.

It was a fairly nice experience overall. Everything was good, clean hotel, ideal location right on the city centre. Accommodating staff, gave a lot of information. In my standard double room I had a safe box, an iron and an electronic key card.
